€3,730 sanctioned by Minister of State McHugh for Coiste Ionad Tacaíochta Teaghlaigh Iarthar Dhuibhne
Monday, 12th October 2015—Minister of State for Gaeltacht Affairs, Joe McHugh T.D., announced today that he has sanctioned a grant of €3,730 for Coiste Ionad Tacaíochta Iarthar Dhuibhne, Baile an Fheirtéaraigh, Co. Kerry to enable them to purchase equipment for the crèche kitchen in the newly-built centre in Baile an Fheirtéaraigh.
Announcing the grant, Minister of State McHugh said that he was delighted to sanction it. ‘This wonderful, modern facility and the support which will be available in it, will be of great assistance to the area and in particular to young couples who are raising their children through Irish. I am pleased to be in a position to support this pioneering and active committee and I wish them the best of luck in their work.’
