€4,400 sanctioned by Minister of State McHugh for Coiste Cultúrtha Loch an Iúir

Minister of State for Gaeltacht Affairs, Joe McHugh, T.D., today announced that he has sanctioned a grant of €4,400 for Coiste Cultúrtha Loch an Iúir, Anagaire, towards the cost of restoring and preserving the old house belonging to the writer, Niall Ó Dónaill. Announcing the grant, the Minister of State said that he is delighted to assist this active committee and that he hopes they will be able to use this historic house as a venue for public events in the future.
