Congratulating the winners, Minister Deenihan said:

“I would like to commend brown Bag Films for their remarkable success.  It is fantastic to see the animation sector in Ireland doing so well on the international stage.  Animation and the film industry in general, are going from strength to strength in Ireland and this country’s reputation in the global industry is enhanced by the talent, hard work and creativity of the individuals and production companies working here.  Success at the Emmys, and other international film festivals and awards ceremonies, adds further to this reputation.”
